PROPERTY OWNER FAILED TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION. ENFORCEMENT Of lien was denied via a demur because complaint failed to allege a completion date !. I am at a loss ?
That should not be a problem, because you can still proceed on a breach of contract claim. Was the entire complaint thrown out?
