Had someone that was supposed to core some holes on a property. He arrived said we didn't give him accurate information so he didn't bring the correct equipment and then he left never to return. He is not filing an intent to file a lien for the full amount he quoted without performing any work. He has also said he wants to charge us full travel charges when he was traveling by anyway rather than the additional 20 miles (round trip he incurred).
