I filed a mechanical lien now the property owner has file a notice of contest of the lien. What are the next steps.

Good morning.
You have 60 days from the filing of the Notice of Contest to file a lawsuit against the party responsible to you for payment and to subsequently file a Notice of Commencement of Lien Action in the public records.
