How do retain a lawyer?

TexasMechanics Lien

Payment and retainage is still not being paid and they are telling me it wont until the law suit with another subcontractor is finished. I need guidance and a local lawyer in Texas to help me.

You really do need to retain a construction attorney to evaluate your documents and situation and to provide advice. The guidance will be tailored to whatever your situation is.

Good luck.

I am located in Dallas.

If you like, you can email me your unpaid invoice and contract, and I will briefly review them at no charge to gauge where you are.
