i have a few different projects that are new subdivisions/ neighborhoods... all by same contractor they are single family homes some are sold and some are not sold all with different addresses . They are all under one contract do I have to send a 20 day notice to each house on the project weather they have a owner or not and or just to gc ? Or do i send the contractor notice with all the locations on it?

This is definitely a question that I have had to deal with a lot in my credit career. It really comes to preference. Typically if the owner is the GC, you can send 1 notice listing each address on the notice. However, if the owner is someone else, you will normally send 1 notice to each owner.
