Hi, I sent out a lien since then the amount has dropped, how do I revise and resend? Thank you

You can record an amended lien, but be careful because you have 90 days from recordation of the lien to file suit, even if you amend it. If you still have time to record a lien, you can withdraw your current lien and record a new lien for the lower amount. That all said, unless you are getting pressured to reduce the lien amount, I would not worry about it. Good luck.

If you receive a partial payment after you file your lien, you can file a Partial Release of Lien form. This will reflect the payment but still keep the lien for the remaining balance due. I’m happy to answer any questions you have about this.
