I hired a cabinet guy to build and install cabinets. After countless times on the project the cabinet guys work has failed and failed. After speaking with my customer after the 6th time of them on the the project we allowed them todo there job. In return after they left there work was hiding bad cuts and covering scratches with silicone and stain. Half the drawers done shut, cabinet boxes don’t even fit standard cooking supplies ext...As of now my customer does not want them back at all. They want to pay us to finish the whole project. I’m holding out half of there payment. What is the right way to terminate and finish?
