On Friday I received a Notice of filing lein statement. I live in Arizona, but the lein is out of Oklahoma. It was on a property that i used to own. The statement was filied on Nov 1st. We sold the property on May 27th. I looked up the county public recoreds and it still has my wife and i as the owners still. Also there are other person we have no idea who it is. and a company we have no idea who thier are. We also have never done business with any of these companies of people. Even the compmany the filied the lein we have never worked with. My question is what is going on? How do i proceed?
