How do I initiate a lien on neighbors property to secure a small claims judgement from superior court

I was awarded a 4115.00 judgement against neighbor. Neighbor listed home for sale 3 days ago. I wish to secure judgement fees and welcome any input as to directive.

Once you receive a judgment, you should fill out and record a document called an “Abstract of Judgment” in the county where the neighbor lives, and anywhere else you think your neighbor may own property. I believe you can get a copy of the form from the Court’s website. If not, I can email a copy of the form. The title company should pick up the recorded document information, and you should be paid out of escrow when the property sells.
