Nevada lien releases are filed in the county recorder's office in the county where the property is located. A list of all NV county recorder's offices can be found here. To get your hands on a copy of the recorded lien release you can either (1) contact the party who filed the lien and subsequent release, or (2) go down to the recorder's office with all of the relevant information (property owner, address, lien information, etc) and request a copy.
