I'm a contractor that has filed a mechanics lien and sent the customer intent to foreclose, and am ready to move forward with foreclosure.
You will need to file a lawsuit to foreclose the mechanic's lien within 6 months from the last date you supplied labor and/or materials to the real property you have a lien on.
