I had a contract to mow three cemeteries. The contract was through the property management company for those cemeteries. The property management company filled CH 11 bankruptcy. I have $52,000 wrapped up in that but they were then obligated to continue paying for services rendered. I continued to work but no pay. I filled mechanic's liens on the three properties for $45,000 but have yet to see anything happen. What are my options?
With a pending bankruptcy you need to proceed in the BK cause. There should be certain deadlines set. You should be listed as a creditor and received notice.
