If you're working on a Nevada public works project where the total project price exceeds $100,000, then chances are it's a prevailing wage project. If I work on a job where all trades are getting prevailing wage am I entitled to the same? When I brought it up to my employer he told me it wasn't in his contract. The work included a strip of stores including a bank. The work was also performed at night and on Saturday. The union for my trade gets paid time and a half for these hours
