We are a subcontractor and we provided and installed a Surveillance system at a customer's home. They hadn't paid and we filed a Lien on the property. They sent payment, we confirmed with them that we filed a lien. They put a stop payment on the check (which was not for the full amount of the lien). How do we move forward to enforce the lien and get paid?
