i'm a windows subcontractor in GA and need to file a lien. What's that process like?

You must file a Claim of Lien in the property records of the county where the project is located within 90 days of your last day of work on the project. You must send a copy of that Claim of Lien within 48 hours of filing to the owner of record and to the GC for the project.
