I received a preliminary notice from a General Contractor today 6/10/21 for $28,000. The agreement and estimate of interior remodel work was note to exceed $4,000. The work that they did started on Wednesday May 5, 2021. They have not been at my house since Thursday May 20th. The work in the agreement and estimate is still not done. I have been calling and emailing them for two weeks to finish and they do not reply. What can I do?
