we created 2 account the same day. Surety Apt. and Manhattan Apts. I filed lien on Surety but I don't have an option to file on Manhattan and they both have the same last day of labor.
It sounds like you are using software or a third party service's website to file your lien. You can file a lien the old fashioned way by filling out forms and taking them to land records. However, liens must be technically correct to be enforceable. So, if you aren't familliar with the process, you should contact a local attorney in the county where you want the lien to be filed.
I should add to that answer that you may not be getting the option to file the other lien because other information you provided suggests you are not permitted to file a lien at this time. As I said, they're highly technical items - check to see that your status as primary or sub is correct and that you provided any pre-lien notice and/or lien notice on time.
