I am a contractor that performed work on the mobile home, and having issues getting payment for the roof tarp that we performed. How do I go about putting a lien on it, the lien company advised that they include the property on the lien but if the customer rents from the rv park. How would I go about just putting a lien strictly on the mobile home and not get the property involved.
