Dump truck services on a construction sites, hauled rock/dirt material from job site to another site. Accept job with the agreement that payment would in 2 weeks; 2 weeks came and went. He stated that he pays within 30 days, or when he gets paid. Informed him that was not our agreement, we never take jobs that pay 30 days out. 30 days has come and gone. He stated that he would have a check for us today, and we have not heard from, can't get him to answer calls.
Your recourse is a lawsuit, if that's worth it to you. Hopefully your payment terms are in writing.
