How can I take ownership of an abandoned house

So there's this house in Yuba City California and it has been and has been boarded up for 3 years the last time it was listed for sale was in 2016 I'm wondering can I put a lean on the property and become the owner Or pay the property taxes because there is no contact info there's no contact info on this property

You can probably get the information as to who owns the property from a realtor. Most realtors have online access to all those records. You can't put a lien on the house unless you worked on it and were not paid. If it's been over 3 years since you worked on it a mechanics lien will be defective.
