I have filed the notice of intent in utah. I did send the owner notice and copies and informed them of every time I filled anything. I have filled the mechanics lien and I'm now needing to start foreclosure process. Quick I guess. I onky have until tomorrow I believe to file for the foreclosure process within the 180 day mark. The owners have not replied to anything I have sent them
Dear Lien Claimant,
You could represent yourself, pro se (without an attorney), but you could not represent another person or a company (even if it's your company). (Here is a link from the Utah state courts that may be helpful: https://www.utcourts.gov/selfhelp/).
Questions? All the best to you in collecting your money.

You should speak with an attorney to at least review what you are doing; the cost of fixing errors later is almost always more than the cost of doing things right in the first place.
If the work was performed by a business then you must have an attorney in any legal proceedings; an non-lawyer cannot legally represent a business in legal proceedings.
