I am interested to fix the isue as soon as posible because client start to refinance and can be seen on the title.

if they haven't filed a lawsuit within 90 days to prosecute the mech lien, then it operationally dead.
Start with a letter to demand that they remove the lien from the property. If they ignore the letter, then you can hire counsel to file an action against them to remove the stale lien and may recover your attorney fees for having to do so.
