How can I get paid for work I've done for her for 2 years

I've been at park villa working for Mrs Trudy and she has me listed as the lawn provider maintaince and manager. She brought me a note book to keep all my hours this lady has yet to pay me but yet what to eveict me from my home and expects me to move I guess just with my looks she owes me money and I feel this matter falls under the slavery act.

However, for unpaid for lawn and maintenance work, mechanics lien rights generally won't be available. Still, other options may be on the table. If there was a contract for the work being done, then bringing a breach of contract action may be an available option. Or, if there was no agreement, an action like unjust enrichment could make more sense there. In either event - sending a document like a payment demand letter could help to avoid actually needing to pursue legal action. And, if legal action does become necessary, proceeding in small claims court could help to streamline payment claims and to avoid the cost, time, and headaches associated with traditional lawsuits (if the dispute is for $5,000 or less).
