My fiance was driving my car the car started to run a little hot and she noticed that she was close by an aquantance of mines house so rather than burn the engine up she stopped at my aquantance house well actually it's his mother's house and she said he told her leaving the car there would be fine until I could come trailer it away on the third day she contacted him to inform him we were coming for my car he told her we wasn't getting the car back unless she had sex with him he has the key to the car she had left it with him in case if it became that the car was in the way of anything he could move the car but he was not to work on the car I have the clear and clean title with me we went to three different police departments none would do anything they wouldn't even go with us to get our personal property out if the car how can i get my car back
