I recomend that you retain an attorney to order to file a foreclosure action to enforce your lien. But you can do it on your own "in pro per" as long as your business is a sole proprietorship. Entities such as a corporation must use an attorney to bring legal action. You have 90 days from recording your lien to file and action to foreclose.
