If you have an apprentice that is registered with the ironworkers apprenticeship, do you have to pay him journeyman rates when it's a prevailing wage job?

Apprentices must be registered on prevailing wage projects, and they must be paid prevailing wages. However, apprentices and journeymen will generally have different prevailing wage rates.
To obtain the relevant rates, it might be helpful to contact your customer, the GC, or the public agency in charge of the project. Or, the relevant rates can be obtained from the Ohio Department of Commerce.
