I am a property mgr for a private home. Just resigned after 3 yrs. Owner owes me $2100 for last month I worked. It ended badly and I am afraid he isnt going to pay me. I have 36 months of invoices all paid by him up until the last month. I do not have a contract with him. I am not an employee. I am going to give him another week or 2. If he hasn't paid me by then than he isn't going to pay. Please advise. Thanks.
