Hi I put mechanic lien , they sell the property still pending I sign escrow agreement with her lawyer , probably they waiting until lien get dissolve in 4 weeks What I can do o have the copy of the lien here
Go to masslandrecords.com and choose the county where your lien is. Type in your business name and it should come up. Choose "view images."
