Hi I have two receipts to place a lean on a home. 1st we have 42,000 cash to my parents to help us get into a home. They were going to carry the loan and add us to the title. My husbands a carpenter and his dad a Contracter. We did a ton construction. Roughly 40,000. Before we finished my father in law said “do not finish this work until your on the title, we were in 80,000 already.” So my husband told my parents this and they hung up. So looks like they wanted to use our money and workers but decided not to put us on the title just steal our money. Now my mother has 2 weeks to live and my dad may try to sell and we are out everything! Please help. We have receipts. We are in a time crunch. 503-881-8297
