We have a general contractor that has not paid us since Feb. and the job is now completed and they plan to take occupancy next week. They say they have not been paid from the owner yet. What can we do?

Depending on what day in February you finished you may be able to file a lien claim still. Regardless, you can sue the party you contracted with. I would recommend calling me today to see if you still are able to file a lien. 314-862-1720
