I've been working for this company and they havent payed me for some days I worked on the project and payed me regular pay some other days and when I bring it up they just say they'll fix it but never do

If you have not been paid the amount of wages that you are due, prevailing wages or otherwise, one of your remedies is to file a complaint with the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Here is a link that explains how to file a wage claim:
