We are a fuel company that supplies fuel to businesses (for generators, etc), contractors for machinery while on the job, floating vessels that come into local marinas. We want to start filing NTOs but we are unsure of how to file against floating vessels, or if its even possible. Also, if the construction companies are doing new construction, who would get the NTO if there is no property owner yet? Also, some companies we supply, we are only fueling their on site fuel tanks so it is a mobile customer of sorts. Can you help us figure this out so we can get started protecting our payment?
