I have never done a lien extension form because owners do not want to drag out contractors lien rights and both have to agree to extension. However, for "Foreclosure Form" this is not a form but is a Complaint that is filed with the Court and has to have certain required information related to all required notices and other requirements. Generally, there is more claims in the Complaint than just foreclosure of Notice of Lien. i would suggest if you are getting within 30-days of your 6-month lien recording, you should speak with a construction attorney about how to file your complaint. Otherwise, the Nevada Notice of Lien will expire 6-months after it is recorded and you can no longer pursue your lien rights.
