Filing lien on residential property in Texas owned by Commercial company that is re-selling

TexasMechanics Lien

I am the original contractor doing electrical work on a residential property that is owned by a commercial agency. This agency is remodeling and re-selling. When I go to file a lien it is filing a lien on homestead. Is this correct since the owner does not reside or plan to reside at the residence? This work is being performed in Texas.

My understanding is that only individuals and families enjoy homestead protections in Texas. While under certain circumstances companies are treated as individuals under the law, the protections afforded homeowners under the Texas Constitution do not appear to offer such treatment to companies in this regard.
