We are a Land Development company in California. have a job that the initial contract price is approx $20k and now the customer is adding to the project which will be a separate contract in the amount of an additional 50K+ . I have already sent the prelien for 20k. Do I send a separate prelien for the second contract? or if we treat this as an addendum will the first prelien cover it?
