I have a large job that began 8/1 and they are saying payment will 60+ days from invoice. I can not turn in 100% invoice due to them rejecting. Can I file a lien through this site?

You should immediately send a preliminary 20-day notice if you have not already. That is what preserves your lien rights. That way if you are not paid at some point, all you have to do is record your lien. I would not recommend recording a lien now because you don't know what the amount you will be owed in the future until you are actually not paid. You may be entitled to prompt pay interest for late payments, but that depends on what kind of project it is and what your contract says.
