File lien and collection of lien in South Florida

We have a customer that we have completed work on that we sent Notice of Intent to Lien thru Levelset. If she has not paid by Friday 6/16/23 need next step to file lien and proceed to collect on lien. She is holding 2 insurance checks which has our names on them and also owes her policy deductible. Insurance carrier has been notified and she tried to get checks issued in her name which they have refused since we have a signed contract and directive to pay on file. Need a collection company or recommendations for Englewood, Florida area.
