We have a project completed last July in Alabama. Our client was not able to obtain payment from the actual owner and suggested that I reach out. I emailed and mailed a few letters to the homeowner but no response as of today . What is the best course of action at this time? Should we file a mechanic's lien on the property? Is there a letter that we can send out?
