jjlm ordered a Claim on Bond on April 20 and in fact we paid $249 for it, but when i called CHUBB they say our claim is not filed against that bond. In fact, I believe we've been decieved. the material we sold them did not go the primary scope of the project, our part is not covered under that bond. 1) what can we do? 2) can we at least get our $249 back from Levelset?? thanks for your help carol JLM Wholesale 248-572-9010
I have no idea if you can get a refund. Why did you beleive that you had a claim on the bond in the first place? Was this even on a government project? If it was was there a second bond? This is getting complicated for "free" advise from an attorney through Levelset.. you need to contact an attorney directly .. .
