I did a bathroom remodel and the day before the job was finished the clients intentionally damaged their property. They chipped the tub and smashed the front step of their house claiming I had chipped the tub and run over their steps with my truck. I have lots of photos which prove these ladies damaged their own property and I told them I will not be scammed. There was 2 hours of work left and they kicked us out and did not let us finish the job. They are now trying to extort us. They have refused to pay the balance of work and demand refund for all labor and materials included in their project. I recorded a lien and believe that they will challenge it and file a complaint against my license. How do I file suit to get paid?
