As you know, I paid all outstanding invoices many weeks before the lien was inadvertently placed on my property. Under CA law for situations like this one, the lien must be expunged not just released, thus eliminating it entirely from my records. If Chantel does not understand this, I am more than happy to explain the process to her. All things considered, I don't think it's unreasonable for me to ask that this matter be properly and legally resolved.
