example of draw schedule

I am trying to make a draw schedule to repair a home, that a tree had fallen into, last summer. She has gotten the Home insurance check but the mortgage co has to sign it also. They disburse the money, as the repair work is done. She already has the adjusters estimate. I am trying to let them know, i need a lot of the money up front, to order these materials, that may already take weeks to come in or if at all.
