English only required on Az construction projects?

ArizonaConstruction Contract

Since English is designated at the official language of the state of Arizona, do emergency procedures/instructions need to all be communicated in English only?

It's pretty common to require that notices, posters, or signs be posted in both English and Spanish. And, looking to the specific requirement for the given poster will help to identify if it must be in English, Spanish, or both. It looks like this might be a good start: Requirements for Posters Employers Must Display. Admittedly, I'm no expert on safety signage on AZ construction projects. However, regardless of what's required, the most responsible course of action would probably to provide signage in both languages if you know that a significant number Spanish-speakers will be present on the job. And, it should be easy to find signage that includes both.
