Due I qualify for assistance or grant

I have been working construction for a year with a small company that 1099 me now job I was working assisted living bldg. a month ago has been quarantined until further notice and I have no work the contractor has work but we can’t do it do I qualify for any assistance

Yes. Independent contractors who aren't able to work due to the coronavirus shutdowns should be able to apply for unemployment benefits under the CARES Act. This is true even if you haven't been formally fired, laid off, or furloughed. What's more, independent contractors on 1099's should also be able to apply for SBA loans and grants.
