K&P Commercial Contractors is an Out-of-State contractor working on a hotel project in NC. Due to COVID our project has been delayed and we are approaching the 120 day lien filing deadline. However we still have equipment on site that we have been invoicing each month. Can this equipment be treated as "Material Provided" and extend our filing deadline?
