CaliforniaPrevailing Wages

Our team bided the job as a private job and not as prevailing job because I was told by General Contractor that it was a private job. its been a few days that GC called me and told me that it was a prevailing job. our company send all proper documents, so that our employees may get reimbursed. If you are asking if you can send a bill for the additional costs involved in providing prevailing wages, the answer is yes. I've had this experience before, when working with a GC. The GC should be able to apply for additional money from the owner for the extra costs.
