We have provided an invoice to a client and itemized most items purchased for their home (lighting, tables etc). However, for smaller purchases, lamps, faux plants, pillows etc. we add it together in a total cost. Our customer is now not paying because she wants an itemized list. Do we legally have to give this to her. This has always been the way we invoice (even previous invoices to this exact customer) and not had any questions previously.
