When a subcontractor is submitting their information on certified payrolls. Do they need to include the address for their employees?

I'm not a certified payroll or prevailing wage expert, but I don't believe federal prevailing wage jobs will require an employee's address to appear on a certified payroll report. You can find a copy of the required form here: WH-347 Payroll Form.
