We had water damage to our kitchen. For insurance reasons, we have taken pictures every step of the way. The estimate was for $3,211.66. The company started its work without having any contracts signed. We had asked for the final invoice as we had noticed there was not $3,211.66 worth of work done. The CEO of this company was demanding that we sign the contract. Instead of sending us the correct bill for the job done, the company had put a mechanics lien on our house. We are not going to court. We have 64 pages of evidence proving this company is a fraud. After researching, we found everything on the invoice/ estimate was incorrect. On top of that, there was no reason why the work performed had even happened.
