Do we need to send revised preliminary notice to all parties (GC and Lender) or just to lender?

We filed a preliminary notice on August 10, 2020 without lender information. If we add a lender information on preliminary notice now, we will need to send the revised notice to both parties, or just to the lender. We don’t want to lose our spot. Please advise, Thank you,
